Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care in outpatient clinics as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care; leverage technology and outcome data to guide clinical decisions; clearly document evaluations and treatments; collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture. Must have a degree in an AOTA-accredited OTA program, be licensed or license-eligible as a COTA, and NBCOT-certified if required by state. Bilingual in Spanish preferred and new grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program from an AOTA-accredited program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(COTA) and certified by the NBCOT if required by the state
- Bilingual - Spanish
