Job Summary
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in a nursing home/rehabilitation setting. This full-time role (40 hours per week) supports geriatric patients across multiple settings, including CCRC, SNF, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Outpatient, Home Health, Telehealth, and Post-Acute. The candidate must hold a current OT Assistant license or be able to obtain one in the state of practice.
