Job Summary
Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Sanford Health in a PRN capacity in a Skilled Nursing setting. Responsibilities include providing, monitoring, and documenting therapy services to patients with physical, cognitive, developmental, and psychosocial impairments, selecting and adapting activities within a treatment plan, communicating patient responses to the supervising OT, ensuring outcomes alignment with goals and licensure requirements, and performing related duties as needed across post-acute, long-term care, or home health environments. Requires state licensure as an OTA/OT, NBCOT certification where applicable, and BLS within 6 months of hire. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $38.50 per hour (COTA) or higher for OT depending on experience; supports a PRN, part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of practice
- NBCOT certification preferred for Sanford Facility roles
- BLS certification within six months of employment
