Job Summary
Occupational Therapy Assistant opportunity supporting in-home and senior living care with FOX Rehabilitation. You will deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising OT, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities, and document visits in FOX’s EMR. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists), coordinate with POAs and referral sources, and pursue growth of your clinical skills and caseload in a hands-on, home-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
