Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions and deliver occupational therapy services to residents, including treatment, documentation, and communication under an occupational therapist's direction. Utilize NetHealth for point-of-service documentation via laptop or iPad. Work flexible schedules Monday through Friday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday in four, six, or eight-hour shifts. This role supports a therapist-run organization at Infinity Rehab's Avamere Health Services location in Medford, OR, offering mentorship for new graduates and free continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Associate's degree in occupational therapy
- State license
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience as a COTA
