Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality home health COTA care under physician orders and personalized care plans; collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Clinical Services Team; help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery; educate patients and families on balance, walking, and preventing decline; assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
- Active COTA license in Florida
- Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- 1+ years of experience as an COTA required, Home Health experience preferred
