Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide compassionate, high-quality home health OT services in Vero Beach, FL on a PRN/Per Diem basis. Responsibilities include delivering care per physician orders and plans, collaborating with Occupational Therapists and Clinical Services Team, helping patients regain mobility/strength/independence after illness or surgery, educating patients and families on balance, walking, and fall prevention, and assessing safe home mobility. Optional growth opportunities and a supportive, team-driven culture with flexible scheduling and autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
- Active Florida COTA license
- Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- 1+ years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred
