Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with Home Health visits for PRN/Per Diem in Stuart, FL. Deliver high-quality, personalized care per physician orders and care plans; collaborate with OT and Clinical Services Team; help patients regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery; educate patients and families on balance, walking, and preventing decline; assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
- Active COTA license in Florida
- Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- 1+ years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred
