Job Summary
Implement prescribed occupational therapy treatments under licensed occupational therapist supervision, including geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and neonatal rehabilitation alongside splint follow-ups. Conduct home environmental assessments and assist in rehab care plan development while mentoring staff on technical skills. Transport, transfer, and assist patients with mobility devices and daily living activities such as dressing and toileting. Manage patient visit schedules, report delays, and maintain equipment and supplies. Requires Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time position in Ridgefield, WA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education/GED or equivalent
- Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's/Technical Degree in occupational therapy or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Two years' rehabilitative services experience or equivalent education
- One year's occupational therapy experience
