Job Summary
Implements treatment plans and selects modalities to meet established goals for geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and neonatal patients. Transports, transfers, and assists patients in wheelchairs, beds, and stretchers while ensuring safety, and aids with dressing and toileting needs. Conducts home environmental assessments and assists with rehab care plan development. Manages inpatient and outpatient schedules, arranges visit arrivals, and reports delays. Maintains equipment and supplies. Requires Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role in Wilsonville, OR.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education/GED or equivalent
- Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in all applicable states of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Acknowledge that you have accessed and read the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices and understand the contents therein
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's/Technical Degree in occupational therapy or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Two years' rehabilitative services experience or equivalent education
- One year's occupational therapy experience
