Job Summary
Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress in home health settings. Use AI-supported tools to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions and reduce administrative workload, enabling more hands-on patient care. Must be local and willing to travel to Balboa/Balboa Island, Corona Del Mar, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Lake Forest, Newport Beach/Coast, and Tustin. Requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and two years of OTA experience in acute care or rehab; active OTA license; and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant
- Two (2) years of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment
- BLS - American Heart Association certification (within 30 days of hire)
