Occupational Therapy Assistant - Full-Time

Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing. Provide skilled services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, relay referrals, and ensure all interventions align with established plans of care. Monitor patient responses, report changes, and provide clinical instruction to patients, families, and caregivers while completing required documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Attend designated meetings with the Director of Rehab.
