Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents under physician orders and OT supervision to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing. Deliver skilled OT services per established plan of care; respond to service requests; document requirements thoroughly; educate patients, families, and caregivers; monitor responses and report changes. Requires Texas OTA license and COTA credential; SNF/long-term care experience preferred; familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation System; in-house rehab environment; new graduates welcome; competitive benefits and schedule flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- In good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards
