Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. Implement personalized care plans focused on functional goals; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes; maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure physician orders are up to date. Hold or obtain state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (NBCOT-certified where required); Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited program. New grads welcome with mentorship; immigration support for H1B candidates. This is a full-time role within Renewal Rehab/Enhance Therapies, offering competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- NBCOT certification as a COTA (if required by state)
- Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
