Occupational Therapy Assistant - Flex- Acute Care Therapy

Implement individualized treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist for acute care patients, monitoring responses and communicating progress to adjust goals. Coordinate patient care through written and verbal communication with the interdisciplinary team, documenting all clinical activities in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with rehabilitation support staff and students to promote efficient operations, while participating in performance improvement initiatives and departmental activities. Provide guidance to new employees and contract personnel as assigned, maintaining strict patient confidentiality throughout care delivery.
