Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision. Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive/assistive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments per regulatory/clinical practice requirements; report treatment outcomes to the supervising OT. Join a facility with in-house therapy teams and opportunities to collaborate across departments, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a long-term care setting.
