Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision. Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the supervising Occupational Therapist; report treatment outcomes. In-house therapy setting with in-facility collaboration and a focus on delivering exceptional clinical care in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment.
