Job Summary
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision; administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices; assess patient progress and report outcomes to the supervising OT; PRN-flexible schedule at Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable
