Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

Provide therapeutic interventions under the direction of an occupational therapist in campus, home health, and outpatient settings while evaluating patient response and documenting care progress. Collaborate on developing patient education methods, assist with in-service training, and contribute to cost-effective care delivery. Report resident complaints, grievances, and suspected abuse incidents immediately to the Rehab Program Director or Executive Director. Travel to designated campus locations and home health assignments as needed, maintaining professional competencies and complying with resident rights policies. Participate in survey preparation activities and other assigned duties.
