Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services in home care settings to restore patients' physical abilities, strictly adhering to state laws and the supervising OT's treatment plan. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on evidence-based therapies while observing, recording, and reporting patient responses and condition changes to the nurse supervisor and physician. Manage multiple tasks independently across diverse home environments regardless of client demographics. Requires current COTA licensure, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates with an annual cash target pay range of $58,881 to $88,321.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle
- Public transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test
