Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Provide occupational therapy services to skilled nursing facility residents under supervision of the OT and Director of Rehab; educate patients on maintaining function, develop and monitor independent exercise programs, and assist with discharge planning to facilitate recovery and functional independence; require an OTA license, an associate’s degree, and competency with electronic health records and therapy documentation; positions available for both full-time and part-time shifts (days) with wage negotiations and benefit programs including CEUs and PTO.
