Job Summary
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents improve functional skills. Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support resident-centered care. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support independence and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Current California COTA license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- SNF experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
