Job Summary
Implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for older adults in home-based or independent living facility settings, covering cognitive skills, mobility, balance, and activities of daily living under Occupational Therapist supervision. Conduct patient care conferences, develop treatment programs, and instruct families on therapeutic techniques while maintaining accurate clinical and billing documentation. Manage equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to department schedules and patient treatment plans. Requires a valid state license, driver's license, and reliable transportation. Salary range is $35.00 - $42.00 per hour with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence.
