Job Summary
Assist in planning and administering occupational therapy treatments to residents in our skilled nursing facility while supporting them in achieving therapy goals. Document progress and communicate updates with the care team, helping to train staff to ensure continuity of care. This role supports the Occupational Therapist in delivering top-quality care and meaningful outcomes within our community-focused environment. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar preferred setting--new grads considered
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices
- A passion for helping others and working as part of a team
