Job Summary
Provide treatment to patients under the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and deliver therapy services as a COTA in home health across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Responsibilities include interpreting evaluation findings, delivering treatments aligned with goals, educating patients and families, regularly assessing clinical signs to determine effectiveness, and modifying plans as needed. Must be a graduate of an accredited COTA program with a California COTA license. Home health experience is preferred. Contract position with flexible scheduling and locality to Santa Clarita, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
- California COTA License
