Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)- Glens Falls

Select therapy activities following the supervising occupational therapist's plan of care and assist residents in carrying out daily activities. Monitor residents' performance during therapy, provide encouragement, document progress as needed, and teach residents how to use special equipment to support daily function. Collaborate with the OT to establish a rehabilitation plan and maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare team members while adhering to current evidence-based practices.
