Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults as a FOX Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy Assistant in Charlottesville, VA. Deliver proactive, evidence-based therapy in an autonomous, private-practice setting with a flexible schedule and the potential for benefits depending on caseload. Requires an OTA degree, valid OT license or eligibility to apply, and CPR certification; candidate should be reliable, compassionate, and capable of managing scheduling and caseload independently. Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
