Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide rehabilitation care to residents while implementing treatment plans outlined by the supervising therapist. Screen all residents according to directed schedules and practices, then provide feedback to the designated supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues. Perform necessary clinical documentation and maintain complete, accurate, and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements. Manage both treatment and non-treatment related activities effectively. Participate in in-service training programs as requested and may travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
