Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide rehabilitation care for residents within general accepted practice methods, implementing treatment plans outlined by the supervising therapist. Screen all residents according to directed schedules and practices, while performing necessary clinical documentation and maintaining accurate billing records. Manage treatment and non-treatment activities, providing feedback to the designated supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues. Participate in center-directed processes, in-service training programs, and limited travel to other facilities. Earn $35.00 to $40.00 per hour in Holyoke, MA, with an associate's degree required and experience in older adult rehabilitation preferred.
