Occupational Therapy Assistant

Implement treatment plans for residents under supervision while managing quality of all related outcomes. Provide rehabilitation care adhering to general accepted practice methods and center standards. Conduct screenings for all residents according to directed schedules and practices. Perform necessary clinical documentation and maintain accurate, timely billing records to meet federal and accrediting agency requirements. Participate in center-directed processes and requested in-service training programs. May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis. Collaborate daily with nursing and clinical staff to ensure stronger patient outcomes.
