Job Summary
Provide rehabilitation care within general accepted practice methods while implementing treatment plans outlined by the supervising therapist. Screen all residents according to directed schedules and practices, then provide feedback on clinical and rehabilitation issues to the designated supervisor. Perform necessary clinical documentation and maintain complete, accurate, and timely billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements. Show effective management of both treatment and non-treatment related activities. Participate in in-service training programs as requested and may travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
