Occupational Therapy Assistant

Screen residents with cognitive and medical diagnoses, provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve or maintain functional outcomes, and monitor treatment plans for effectiveness. Communicate resident findings and progress to the OT for clinical adjustments, while educating residents, families, caregivers, and staff on therapy. Complete all necessary clinical documentation and coordinate with the Director of Rehabilitation, team members, and IDT staff regarding resident status, treatment plans, barriers, and discharge planning. Requires Florida licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, knowledge of Net Health and Point Click Care, and strong communication skills. Weekly pay with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and professional licensure reimbursement.
