Job Summary
Assess client needs and create personalized therapy plans, delivering hands-on, evidence-based interventions including equipment provision, home modifications, and capacity building. Manage a diverse caseload across NDIS, Paediatrics, and Adolescents while designing individual and group programs to support clients with complex disabilities, developmental conditions, and injury recovery. Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to help people build independence and achieve meaningful daily living goals. Weekly mentoring, monthly professional development, and clear career progression pathways are provided alongside autonomy over schedule and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- OT degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
- AHPRA registration
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
