Job Summary
Occupational Therapists impact lives daily by caring for people with general, upper extremity, and neurologic conditions that affect activities of daily living. As a NEXT Occupational Therapist, you join a team dedicated to providing creative, compassionate care and delivering outcomes that empower patients to function at their best. The role emphasizes connecting with patients, delivering flexible and creative therapy plans, and being a resource to patients and stakeholders while empowering as many people as possible daily. The organization serves clients in Independent, Assisted and Memory care communities, with locations in Florida and Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- Be Outgoing, Personable and Confident
- Exceptional Communication Skills and Coachability
- Self Directed and Comfortable working Independently
- Working knowledge of Medicare documentation and billing/coding practices
- Graduate of an ACOTA Accredited occupational therapy program
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience
- Modality Certification preferred
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association
