Job Summary
Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, conducting initial and follow-up assessments including fall risk evaluations. Oversee client progress to ensure top-notch care while managing caseloads that determine annual compensation between $110,000 and $120,000 for OTs or $60 per visit for COTAs. Select patients independently with flexible per diem scheduling on O'ahu, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Licensed OTs or COTAs with at least one year of clinical or home health experience will join a growing Medicare-certified agency dedicated to home health and fall prevention.
