Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for the pediatric population at a private clinic in Yokosuka. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including ABA Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes adhering to United States healthcare standards such as HIPAA compliance. This role requires a licensed Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience and professional English fluency. Full visa sponsorship is provided for the initial one-year contract, with a preferred commitment of two to three years.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Experience with pediatrics
- Native or professional English fluency
- Valid OT license from a recognized national accreditation body (e.g., NBCOT, AHPRA, etc.)

- Experience working with various neurodivergent populations, including ASD and ADHD
