Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for the pediatric population at a private clinic in Yokosuka. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including ABA Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes adhering to United States healthcare standards and HIPAA compliance. This full-time role requires a licensed Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience and native or professional English fluency. The position offers an annual salary of ¥6,888,000 JPY with relocation support, housing assistance, and full visa sponsorship for the duration of the contract.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Experience with pediatrics
- Native or professional English fluency
- Valid OT license from a recognized national accreditation body (e.g., NBCOT, AHPRA, etc.)
