Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for the pediatric population at a private clinic in Yokosuka, Japan. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including ABA Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to support children and families. Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes adhering to United States healthcare standards and HIPAA compliance. The role requires a valid OT license, pediatrics experience, and professional English fluency, with a target start date of July 1, 2026. Full visa sponsorship is provided for the initial one-year contract, with family support available for dependents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Experience with pediatrics
- Native or professional English fluency
- Valid OT license from a recognized national accreditation body (e.g., NBCOT, AHPRA, etc.)
