Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to join the in-house rehabilitation team in Crockett, TX. Full-Time OT will assess and treat residents to improve function, develop evidence-based treatment plans focused on ADLs and IADLs, track progress with the IDT, recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation per state/federal/facility guidelines. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, adherence to regulatory policies, and participation in care planning are required. Open to new grads. In-house rehab in a skilled nursing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license
- SNF or long-term care experience preferred
- Good standing with licensing boards and regulatory agencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
