Job Summary
Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one care for older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Responsibilities include evaluations, developing plans of care, delivering evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life; documenting in FOX’s EMR; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists); educating patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place; and providing telehealth/virtual care when appropriate. Opportunities to work in-home, in senior living settings, and via telehealth with a flexible schedule and clinician-driven autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
