Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one in-home and senior living care across Wilmington, DE area; perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment to older adults; deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, mobility, independence, and aging in place; document effectively in FOX’s EMR; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists); educate patients, caregivers, and staff; telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
