Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment; identify and implement pediatric OT interventions that help develop fine motor skills, cognition, language, self-care skills, and regulation; provide support and guidance to clients’ families to foster treatment practices; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Clinical Counselors, and ABA professionals) to optimize outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
- OT licensure or license eligible in Illinois
- Successful completion of NBCOT
