Job Summary
Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one OT services to older adults in-home or within senior living communities in Westminster, MD. Responsibilities include evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, delivering evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, independence, and aging-in-place, documenting in FOX’s EMR, collaborating with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, and educating patients, caregivers, and staff. Telehealth/virtual care may be incorporated to extend access. Driving to patient homes and meeting physical requirements are part of the role. Flexible employment options include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/FOX Flex with salaried benefits for eligible roles. Licensure in-state or eligibility, CPR certification, and EMR proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
