Job Summary
Provide at-home/mobile Occupational Therapy services in the West Palm Beach area, delivering personalized treatment to improve patients’ daily living skills and independence. Evaluate patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, administer hands-on therapy to enhance physical and cognitive function, educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
