Job Summary
Occupational Therapist provides rehabilitative care to restore or improve ADLs, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination and ROM. Responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities, revising goals with patient/family input, providing ongoing education and discharge instructions, and serving as a resource for staff and families. Services are delivered across the continuum with attention to regulatory standards, ethical practices, confidentiality, teamwork, infection prevention, and cost-conscious, patient-centric care. Requires Bachelors and Masters in Occupational Therapy and BLS certification; schedule is weekday with typical clinic hours in Williamson, WV.
Required Qualifications
- Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Occupational Therapy and Masters Occupational Therapy
- OT - Occupational Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Effective communication skills, customer service focused, team oriented, and basic computer skills.
