Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist provides assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services to restore or improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities, revising goals with patient/family input, educating patients and families, providing discharge instructions and referrals, acting as a resource for staff, documenting evaluations and plans of care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Requires collaboration with physicians, families, and team members; emphasizes ethical practice, confidentiality, and attendance; includes professional development and mandatory education. Minimum education includes a Bachelor's and a Master's in Occupational Therapy with corresponding licensure/certifications; strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills are required. Location: Warm Springs, Georgia, USA; standard weekday schedule.
