Occupational Therapist

Assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain independence in daily activities. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to deliver evidence-based interventions, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation. Provide compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation services across Wellstar Health System's Georgia facilities within a mission-driven, not-for-profit environment offering advanced technology and ongoing training.
