Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and directly intervene with young adults (18–25) and their families through the In Home Based Therapeutic Care program (IHBTC). Collaborate with treatment teams to set and monitor goals, deliver home-based OT services, and offer safety planning and crisis intervention. Educate and consult with clinical staff, young adults, and families/caregivers; support program development and integration of OT throughout care. Opportunities include remote, community, and office settings. Requires Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Massachusetts licensure (or attainment prior to start), experience with adolescents with mental health needs, home/community functioning, and diverse populations. Driving in the community is required. Salary range $65,000–$75,000/year with a $2,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated for part-time) and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Massachusetts licensure or are obtaining licensure prior to start date
- Experience serving adolescents with significant mental health needs
- Experience addressing functioning in the home setting or community setting
- Experience working with diverse population of individuals
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
