Job Summary
Evaluate clients and provide Occupational Therapy upon written physician orders. Manage and supervise Occupational Therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides in direct client care. Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the Occupational Therapy offered by the department, including assist with scheduling, transportation, filing, and mailing. Comply with the Occupational Therapy Practice Act in the state. Perform other duties or special assignments as directed by the Director of Clinical Services. This role requires travel between patient homes and full-time Monday through Friday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed or registered in the state of Colorado as an Occupational Therapist.
- Graduate from an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association or is eligible for certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association under its requirements.
- A minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
