Job Summary
Evaluate patients based on physician referrals and develop functional, goal-based treatment plans with required physician approval. Treat patients according to established plans while conducting in-services and training on restorative techniques. Supervise therapist assistants and therapy students in direct patient care, ensuring compliance with state practice acts and reimbursement regulations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in medical records and consistently attend work while providing appropriate notice for scheduled time off. Demonstrate a collaborative team-building approach with patients, clients, and staff while upholding residents' personal rights.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
